Privacy Policy

How we handle personal information when you contact IE Fintech Solutions.

This policy explains how IE Fintech Solutions ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use this website, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

IE Fintech Solutions, a UK IT and business management consultancy, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, please use our contact page.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact or consultation form we collect your full name, company name, business email, telephone number, country, service of interest, preferred date (if given) and the content of your message.

Company name, telephone number and preferred consultation date are optional. We also record the type of enquiry and when it was received. The form requires you to acknowledge this privacy policy before submitting. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in your message.

Website providers may process technical connection and diagnostic information to deliver and secure the service. Enquiry processing also writes your email address to service logs. Our Cookie Policy describes the connection to Google Fonts used to display the website's typeface.

How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations — legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract.
  • To keep relevant business correspondence and protect the enquiry service from misuse — legitimate interests.
  • To meet a legal obligation, where one applies — compliance with that obligation.

We do not use form submissions for automated decision-making or sell personal information.

Third-party service providers

Enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud so that we can review and respond to them. Website hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate and secure the website. If enquiry email notifications are enabled, the notification provider and our email provider also handle the information needed to deliver them.

We may disclose information when required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information or share it for third-party advertising.

International processing

Technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, these must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Data retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry and any resulting engagement. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed; we may need to retain some records to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.

Contact us using the contact page to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. We normally respond within one month, subject to any extension allowed by law. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that has already taken place lawfully.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Security

The hosted website uses encrypted connections. Public visitors cannot read stored enquiry records through the contact form. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please only provide information relevant to your enquiry.

Cookies and external websites

Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. If you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy and cookie policies apply.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
